Cancellation and penalty terms and conditions

These general terms and conditions regulate the relations between Hotel&Villa Promenade regarding the services provided and the guests of the hotel.

1. RESERVATION CONDITIONS

1.1. You can make a reservation at  hotel and Villa Promenade in one of the following ways:

-through the reservation form on the hotelpromenade.bg website;

-by e-mail: info@hotelpromenade.bg; manager@hotelpromenade.bg

-on site at the hotel or by phone call

1.2. After we receive your request, you will receive a confirmation on the e-mail you specified. Please read your booking information carefully and contact us if a correction is required or edit your reservation through your personal portal, which you can open from the confirmation.

1.3. It is necessary to pay in advance the entire amount,50%  or 20% of the total amount within a period specified in written correspondence or in a telephone conversation depending on the date of arrival (unless another period is agreed or amount). The rest of the amount of the entire reservation is to be paid when arrive at the hotel.

1.4. If payment is not made within the described period, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

1.5. When a customer makes a reservation at  hotel residence and Villa Promenade, he is considered to have read and agree to these general terms and conditions.

2. CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS

2.1. You can cancel your reservation in one of the following ways:

-by e-mail: info@hotelpromenade.bg; manager@hotelpromenade.bg 

-by phone + 359 883 223 939.

2.2. In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation within a period shorter than that specified in the reservation before the check-in date or in case of no-show on the day of check-in, the hotel retains the amount paid as a cancellation fee.

2.3. Outside the terms specified in point: 2.2, the amount paid by the client can be transferred to another reservation. Depending on the conditions of the new reservation, it is possible to make an additional payment on the part of the client.

2.4. In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation under a holiday or special offer less than 10 (ten) days before check-in or in case of no-show on the day of check-in, the amount paid in advance for your reservation is retained by the hotel as a cancellation fee.

2.5. Hotel residence and Villa Promenade reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in case of force majeure and other reasons beyond the control of the hotelier. In these cases, the hotelier:

Offers accommodation for another period, and/or type of room.

Refunds the deposit paid by the client within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of a written request for this from the tourist, without paying a penalty to the same.

2.6 The above conditions for cancellations of holiday and special package bookings apply. only if no other ones are specified when preparing the package itself.

 

3. ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

3.1. Check-in and check-out hours:

-Check-in: after 2:00 p.m.

-Check-out: until 12:00 p.m.

If the room is vacated later, an additional fee will be charged. An additional fee applies for early check-in. These services are by availability.

Reservations are held until midnight on the relevant day of arrival.

A buffet breakfast is available for more than 15 guests in the hotel. With fewer guests, breakfast is a set menu.

When guest make reservation for more than one room by one guest or several guests, the hotel have right to change the guarantee and cancellation policy.

3.2. Surcharge:

Children up to 2.99 years stay for free. The playpen is provided free of charge, prior request is required;

Children of additional bed (3 - 11.99 years) - pay extra

Adult on ext. bed - pay extra

Maximum capacity of extra beds in a double room - 1 pc.

Note: Villa Promenade is for adults only. Maximum capacity of the premises: 2 adults.

3.3. The hotel and the villa do not accept pets.

3.4. Check-in at the hotel is done by presenting data from personal documents certifying the identity of the guests. The data provided by you are protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the normative acts regulating the protection of information and are processed only in connection with the implementation of the established requirements of the Tourism Act. This information will be used only and solely in connection with the reservations made and will not be provided for any other purpose.

4. ACCOMMODATION PRICES

4.1 The prices for accommodation at Boutique family hotel and Villa Promenade are indicated on the hotel's official website: www.hotelpromenade.bg

5. PAYMENT METHODS

5.1. In cash at the hotel /in Bulgarian leva/.

5.2. By debit or credit card at the hotel.

5.3. By bank transfer in advance to the following bank account:

6. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

6.1. Hotel residence and Villa Promenade undertakes to provide its guests with the services requested and paid for in full.

6.2. Amounts for services requested but not used in whole or in part due to the hotel guests' fault are not refundable.

6.3 All prices are in Bulgarian leva (BG), with breakfast (BB) or without breakfast, including 9% VAT, tourist tax and tourist insurance.

6.4. The costs of additional services are not automatically calculated in the final price and must be paid separately.

6.5. Hotel residence  and Villa Promenade is a non-smoking area. According to the provisions of national legislation, smoking in public places is prohibited, therefore in case of non-compliance with them, the hotel reserves the right to impose, without prior notification, a fee in the amount of BGN 100.00.

6.6. Hotel guests assume the responsibility to observe the generally accepted norms of good behavior during their stay at the hotel. All costs for material damage to the hotel shall be paid by the persons who caused it.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

7.1. Parking lot is available and it is with limited spaces. Reservation is not possible. The parking lot has one space for people with reduced mobility.

7.2. Breakfast is served in the hotel's restaurant. The set menu is available for less than 15 guests in the hotel. For more than 15 guests, the hotel offers a buffet. On weekdays, breakfast is from 08:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., on weekends from 08:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. At the guest's request, we provide a quick breakfast  for early departing guests.At the request of the guest, we offer a quick late breakfast.

7.3. We recommend to leave all your valuables in the safety box in the room. The hotel will not be held responsible for the loss of objects not kept in the safe. If you have larger items, you can use the safe at the reception.

7.4. We perform daily cleaning and change of linen and towels. If you do not wish to use this service, place a "Do not disturb" sign on your door. In the room you will find: hand, face, medium, large and feet towels. In the wardrobe there are additionally pillows, a light duvet. On request, we offer hypoallergenic pillows. We offer evening reservations for flocks upon prior request. Daily cleaning is carried out from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. During the summer season, daily cleaning is possible from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Upon request we can provide you: shaving kit, makе-up pads, comb, shoe polisher, bathrobe, extra slippers, dental kit.

7.5. The Hotel has the right to access the rooms without permission of the Guest in case of emergency or urgent maintenance works.

7.6. We have a zero-tolerance for illegal drugs, violation the law will be reported to the police.

7.7. The export of bath towels is prohibited. Beach towels are provided.

7.8. Guests are strictly prohibited from making loud noise or disturbing other guests in the hotel rooms or corridors.
