Discounts for children and adults for an extra bed in hotel:
- children 2-12.99 years: 75% of the price of a room
- third adult: 60% of the room price.
Cancellations and Penalties Policy and Terms and Conditions
- All prices are in Bulgarian leva EUR / (BG) , with or without breakfast (BB) or without breakfast, including 9% VAT, tourist tax and tourist insurance.
- No pets allowed.
- Please advise in advance if you would like an invoice.
- Within three (3) working days before arrival, the entire amount of the reservation must to be paid for a stay of one (1) night. For stays longer than one (1) night and/or more rooms, fifty (50)% of the total amount is charged and we reserve the right to change the cancellation and guarantee policy.
- In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation less than 3 working days before the date of check-in or in case of no-show on the day of check-in, the hotel retains the amount paid as a cancellation fee.
- You owe a deposit paid in cash, by bank transfer or by card in advance.
- Children under 12 are not allowed in the villa.
- From 17.09 the restaurant will be open only for breakfast. Next to to hotel have 2 restaurants. The restaurant will be closed for renovation.
