Cancellations and Penalties Policy and Terms and Conditions
- All prices are in Bulgarian leva (BG), with breakfast (BB) or without breakfast, including 9% VAT, tourist tax and tourist insurance.
- No pets allowed.
- Children under 12 are not allowed in the villa.
- Children up to 1.99. stay and eat for free.
- Please advise in advance if you would like an invoice.
- From from June to August: in case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation less than 10 (ten) days before the date of check-in or in case of no-show on the day of check-in, the hotel retains the amount paid as a cancellation fee.
- In May and September: in case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation less than 5 (five) days before the date of check-in or in case of no-show on the day of check-in, the hotel retains the amount paid as a cancellation fee.
- In the other months: in case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation less than 3 (three) days before the date of check-in or in case of no-show on the day of check-in, the hotel retains the amount paid as a cancellation fee.
- In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation under a holiday offer less than 20 (twenty) days before check-in or in case of no-show on the day of check-in, the amount paid in advance for your reservation is retained by the hotel as a cancellation fee.
- You owe a deposit paid in cash, by bank transfer or by card in advance.
