Cancellations and Penalties Policy and Terms and Conditions
All prices are in Bulgarian leva (BG), with breakfast (BB) or without breakfast, including 9% VAT, tourist tax and tourist insurance.
No pets allowed.
Please advise in advance if you would like an invoice.
In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation less than 5 (five) days before the date of check-in or in case of no-show on the day of check-in, the hotel retains the amount paid as a cancellation fee.
You owe a deposit paid in cash, by bank transfer or by card in advance.
