Petya Dubarova /1962-1979/ – the youngest among the great artists of Bulgaria. The appearance of the "Petya Dubarova" House-Museum is a natural consequence of people's desire to touch the authentic spirit of the atmosphere in which the poetess worked. The house where she lived /ul. "Gladstone"68/, with the decision of the local governing bodies from 1986, 1990, with the decision of the Council of Ministers No. 58, item 4 of 20.02.1988. and with the consent of her parents, it was released and newly built as the "Petya Dubarova" House-Museum /opened on 08/07/1995/. Currently, the museum is a scientific and cultural-educational institute for searching, studying, preserving, documenting and popularizing the literary heritage and creative personality of the Bulgarian poetess Petya Dubarova. The museum has the status of an independent legal entity with budgetary support. Since 1995 House Museum "Petya Dubarova" opens its doors to visitors by offering to their attention a rich exhibition material of museum objects, assembled in several funds: main, scientific-auxiliary, exchange and scientific archive. Petya Dubarova's private room has also been authentically recreated.
