Cancellations and Penalties Policy and Terms and Conditions
- All prices are in Bulgarian leva (BG), with breakfast (BB) or without breakfast, including 9% VAT, tourist tax and tourist insurance.
- No pets allowed.
- Please advise in advance if you would like an invoice.
- In case of cancellation till end ot March: of a confirmed reservation less than 1 (one) day before the date of check-in or in case of no-show on the day of check-in, the hotel retains the amount paid as a cancellation fee. In April: within three (3) working days before arrival, the entire amount of the reservation must to be paid for a stay of one (1) night. For stays longer than one (1) night must to be paid 50% of the total amount.
