Cancellations and Penalties Policy and Terms and Conditions
All prices are in Bulgarian leva (BG), with breakfast (BB) or without breakfast, including 9% VAT, tourist tax and tourist insurance.
No pets allowed. Children under 12 years old are not allowed in the villa.
Please advise in advance if you would like an invoice.
In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation less than 14 (fourteen) days before the date of check-in or in case of no-show on the day of check-in, the hotel retains the amount paid as a cancellation fee.
You must to paid 14 days before arrival. You can pay: in cash, by bank transfer or by card in advance.
